You have an adventure club card. You use it at the pump when you fuel up to get 2¢ to 4¢ off every gallon of gas. Then you see signs and TV ads talking about “Trail Points”. So what is the Point anyway?

It’s Maverik’s new way to provide you with the best value in convenience. With the new and improved Adventure Club Card program you no longer earn rewards on just fuel. Now you earn points on most everything you buy in the store as well! We call them Trail Points and they are easy to earn. It’s simple, and it works like this… You still get an instant discount every time you use your Adventure Club Card at the pump for every gallon of fuel. But now, in addition to a great instant discount, you earn 1 point for every gallon of fuel you buy. Pump 12 gallons, earn 12 points. Easy right?

It gets better. After pumping your fuel at a discount, walk into the store and pick up a frosty fountain drink, a hot steaming slice of pizza, and a fist full of candy bars, and when you check out you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend! Spend 9 bucks, earn 9 points, like we said… easy!

1 point for every gallon of gas, 1 point for every dollar spent on in-store items.

Can it get better than that? You bet it can! Every month we will designate certain items with prices even better than normal and give you more than just 1 point for each dollar. On those special items you can earn double points and even triple points! Just look for the Trail Point symbol on participating items.

Now, there are a few things to remember, not all items are eligible for Trail Points, such as lottery tickets, money orders, and gift cards. But alcohol and tobacco products are eligible. Also, your Trail Points reset every quarter, so be sure to start earning your points right away. But to help, you can link other cards to one primary card and all the points each card earns combines for faster rewards! For example, every Club Card member in a family can be linked together and earn points collectively.

This month we answer your questions about how to Get on the Trail at Maverik with our new and improved Adventure Club Card program. Now when you buy fuel and most items in the store you earn Trail Points towards new rewards!

How does the program work?

Easy, just visit Maverik and start earning Trail Points automatically when you buy fuel or in-store items. Your Trail Points are calculated based on what you buy as long as you use your Adventure Club Card at the pump or in the store.

How many Trail Points do I earn when I visit Maverik?

You earn 1 Trail Point for every gallon of fuel, regardless of fuel grade. You also earn 1 Trail Point for every dollar you spend in the store on most items. For example, if you pump 10 gallons of fuel and buy $5 worth of drinks, candy and ice cream you have earned 15 points!

What items do not earn Trail Points?

Most everything in the store earns you Trail Points, but there are a few exceptions, such as stamps, money orders, lottery tickets, and gift cards.

What are Trail Points good for?

When you earn enough Trail Points we will send you gift cards for $5, $10 or $15 depending on how many Trail Points you have accumulated in a quarter.

Do my Trail Points carry over each quarter?

Unfortunately no, Trail Points will reset to zero each quarter.

Do I still get the instant discount at the pump?

Absolutely! Use your Adventure Club Card at the pump and you instantly save 2¢ to 4¢ (depending on grade) on every gallon of fuel purchased.

What are Double Trail Points?

Each month we give you even more opportunities to earn Trail Points! We will assign Double Trail Points to certain items in the store. So if your favorite fountain drink normally earns you 1 Trail Point and we’ve designated it as a Double Trail Point item, you automatically earn 2 points instead of 1!

Does my old Adventure Club Card still work with the new program?

Yes, you do not need a new card. Your existing Club Card works just fine.

How do I sign up for the program?

Just stop by any Maverik and fill out an application. You will receive your Adventure Club Card on the spot and you can start using it right away to save money on gas and to start earning Trail Points.

Kick Start is Maverik's new adventure reality show taking everyday people and giving their lives a kick start. Our host Ron Duncombe has done it all. An experienced outdoors man and adventure connoisseur, Ron is the perfect man to help kick start your life.

In Season one Ron took Teresa, a mother of 5 who happens to be deathly afraid of heights, on the ultimate adventure! Teresa jumped out of a plane at thirteen thousand feet, plummeted through the sky at 120 miles an hour, pulled the rip-cord and glided safely to earth.

Ron and the Kick Start crew also took Steve on the ride of his life. He got the once in a lifetime chance to ride with Kirby Chambliss in the Red Bull stunt plane. Let's just say it was not a good day to have a full stomach!

The crew took Earl, a mental health worker, for a day of snowmobiling at Strawberry Reservoir. However, at the end of the day we flipped it on him and had him stay the night in a snow cave with only the clothes on his back. A little winter survival training! Earl survived, and now knows his limits are far greater than he ever thought they could be.
