What is the Adventure Club?
The Adventure Club is Maverik's way of rewarding customers with everyday fuel discounts, prizes, free stuff and loads of other perks. It offers two levels of benefits via the Adventure Club card and the premium Adventure Club Nitro® debit card. At purchase, show either card or enter your phone number to receive instant fuel discounts, accumulate virtual punches in our Punch-It! program, and earn valuable Trail Points to Win Stuff, Buy Stuff and Give Stuff.
What is the Maverik App?
The Maverik app puts the complete Adventure Club program at your fingertips. You can create a brand-new Adventure Club card account, activate your existing Adventure Club card, edit your profile and preferences, track your Punch-It! progress, redeem your Trail Points, locate stores and fuel prices, watch MavTV, get exclusive deals and more!

Old Adventure Club account?
If you have an Adventure Club card that you picked up before 2013, it is no longer supported. Please activate an Adventure Club card at maverik.com or on the Maverik app. If you have a Chrome Card, you’re good to go — it functions just like the current Adventure Club card. Keep using it, and make sure you activate it to earn a FREE fountain drink.

What are the Adventure Club Nitro® debit card benefits?
When you pay with your Nitro debit card, you instantly save 6¢ off every gallon of fuel, every day. Nitro debit card users get 2x the standard number of Trail Points on every purchase, except on Tuesdays, when every eligible in-store purchase* is tripled! You also get Maverik’s instant price match* on fuel.
Nitro debit card users must use their card for payment to get these exclusive benefits. If you forget your Nitro debit card card or it won’t work for any reason, use your phone number to get sweet Adventure Club card benefits: a 2¢-per-gallon instant fuel discount, Trail Points and Punch-It! virtual punches.
How do I get a Nitro debit card
Apply via maverik.com, the Maverik app, or a paper application (available at any Maverik store). Upon approval, your personalized Nitro debit card will be mailed to you.
How do I activate my Nitro debit card?
Once you receive your Nitro debit card in the mail, log into to your Adventure Club account at Maverik.com. Click on the red ! notification icon on your Account navigation bar. Click the “activate” button. Enter the last four digits of your new Nitro debit card and set your PIN.
What if I lose my Nitro debit card?
If your Nitro debit card gets lost, you can easily suspend it in your account settings. Simply log into maverik.com, select “account” and choose “lost card”. Once your address is confirmed, your lost card will instantly be deactivated and Maverik will mail you a new card, which you will need to activate upon arrival.
How do I replace my Nitro debit card if it is damaged?
If you need to replace your damaged Nitro debit card, you can easily request a replacement card in your account settings. Simply log in at maverik.com, select “Account” and choose “Replace Your Card”. We will verify your address and mail you a new card. Your current card will stay active until you receive your new card, log in, and activate your new card.
What is instant price match?
Maverik's instant price match is an exclusive benefit for Nitro debit card members. In the rare event that a local qualified competitor's* fuel is priced below your 6¢ Nitro debit card discount, Maverik will automatically roll back the price to match it. Customers must pay with the Nitro debit card to receive the 6¢ per gallon discount and instant price match.
*Instant price match is available for Nitro debit cardholders exclusively through Maverik's proprietary program, considering qualified competitors located in a Maverik–designated market area. Maverik reserves the right to modify the offer at any time, including exclusion of competitor's offers that are predatory, not immediately available to the general public, require membership fees, require cash or cash–equivalent payment discounts, include other reward programs, include rebates or other forms of merchant discounts, or involve other fees.
Can I incur debt with the Nitro debit card?
The Nitro debit card draws funds from your checking account after each transaction. It is not a credit card and you will never incur debt to Maverik. You should, however, ensure that your account has sufficient funds for each transaction. Debits can take up to three days to appear. Please refer to your bank's overdraft or NSF policy.
Are there signup fees for the Nitro debit card?
There are no sign up fees.
Does the Nitro debit card require a credit check?
No. Your credit will not be checked, but your account will be verified. Maverik will debit a nominal amount (up to 20¢) from your checking account, then credit it back when you verify the transaction.
Is the Nitro debit card secure?
Absolutely! Your account will be verified and all your Nitro debit card purchases must be authorized with your four-digit PIN. Maverik uses 256-bit encryption to secure your account information. Configure your communication preferences if you want us to notify you of all your card’s transactions.
What if I change my banking account? How do I update my information?
If you change your banking account, it’s easy to log into your Nitro debit card account and edit your banking preferences. Your new account will go through our standard verification process.

What are the Adventure Club Card Benefits?
When you swipe an Adventure Club™ card at Maverik, you get an instant 2¢ per gallon fuel discount, earn Trail Points with most purchases and earn freebies with Punch-It! virtual punch cards. To unlock these benefits, you have to activate your card or create a digital card via maverik.com and the Maverik app.
How do I get an Adventure Club card?
You can pick up a physical card at any Maverik, or simply create a digital card and use that or your your phone number (or other alternate ID). Either way, you need to activate your rewards via maverik.com or download the Maverik app.
• If you have an unactivated card, click “Activate my Adventure Club card”
• If you don’t have a physical card, click “Activate my digital card”
Why do I need to activate my Adventure Club card?
If you want to unlock the power of your Adventure Club card, you need to activate your account. After that, you’ll save 2¢ on fuel — every gallon, every day — earn freebies with Punch-It! virtual punch cards and earn Trail Points you can spend to Win Stuff, Buy Stuff and Give Stuff. Unregistered cards are just pieces of plastic (albeit cool-looking pieces of plastic), so don’t miss out on the savings. During activation, you’ll be able to:
• Create a 10-digit alternate ID — your phone number by default — to use when you don’t have your card
• Set communication preferences to be notified of special offers, events, prizes and more.
How do I activate my Adventure Club card?
You can activate your Adventure Club account in 2 ways:
1. Go to the Adventure Club page on maverik.com and follow the prompts.
2. Download it for free at the Apple App Store or Google Play.
What if I damage or lose my Adventure Club card?
If you’ve activated your Adventure Club card account, you don’t need to replace your physical card. You can simply type in your phone number (or other alternate ID) or scan your digital card in the Maverik app before fueling or at the register. If you would like a new card, call customer support at 1-800-789-4455.
How do I earn Trail Points?
You earn one Trail Point for every gallon of fuel you purchase and one Trail Point for every dollar you spend inside the store, except on gift cards, lottery tickets, tobacco items and alcohol. To earn points faster, look for promotional items with added point values and shop for in-store merchandise on Triple Trail Point Tuesdays.Double your Trail Points the other six days of the week when you pay with an Adventure Club Nitro debit card.
What is Triple Trail Point Tuesday?
Get three times the standard number of Trail Points on eligible non-fuel purchases when you use your card on Tuesdays.
What can I do with Trail Points?
You’ve got Trail Points — so spend ’em at maverik.com or through the Maverik app to Win Stuff, Buy Stuff, and Give Stuff.
•Win Stuff like cars, trips, adventure gear and more through weekly sweepstakes drawings. Every Trail Point is an entry to win, so the more Trail Points you apply, the greater your chances of winning.
•Buy Stuff with your Trail Points, including Maverik G-Cards, T-shirts, hats, mugs and more.
•If you’re feeling generous, Give Stuff and turn your Trail Points into a donation to a charity or school. Maverik will turn those points into a cash donation — 1,000 points is $10.
Do my Trail Points expire?
Every Trail Point you earn lasts 365 days. Before a Trail Point dies, give its life a purpose and spend it via the Maverik app or maverik.com.
How do I know how many Trail Points/punches I have?
Track your Trail Point accumulation and Punch-It! progress on the bottom of your receipt, online at maverik.com or through the Maverik app. You can also set your communication preferences to give you an account update via app notification or email after every transaction. You’ll always know where you stand on the path to freebies and rewards.

How do Punch-It! virtual punch cards work?
Punch-It! allows you to earn freebies for various products without having to carry around the physical cards. Log on to your Adventure Club account through maverik.com or use the Maverik app to select the Punch-It! virtual punch cards you want. You’ll be on your way to free fountain drinks, frozen yogurt, hot drinks and more – Maverik is always working to bring you more Punch-It! deals. Track your Punch-It! progress on the bottom of your receipts, via the Maverik app or on maverik.com.
How do I know when I’ve earned a free Punch-It! reward?
Your receipt will tell you when you’ve earned a free Punch-It! reward. We can also alert you via email and push notification, based on your preferences.
How do I know how many Trail Points and punches I have?
Track your Trail Point accumulation and Punch-It! progress on the bottom of your receipt, online at maverik.com or through the Maverik app. You can also set your communication preferences to give you an account update via app notification or email after every transaction. You’ll always know where you stand on the path to FREE rewards!
How do I redeem my Punch-It! freebie?
Punch-It! redemption is easy — bring the product to the register on your next purchase and present your Adventure Club card or phone number. The adventure guide will ask if you’d like to apply your freebie on that purchase. You simply have to say “Yes.” Act fast — you have 15 days to redeem your freebie before it expires.
Can I fill up more than one Punch-It! card on my account?
Yes! But redeem it right away! Each freebie expires 15 days after you earn it.
