Palate

Intense up front, smacking you in the mouth with an immediate burst of chocolate and dark toffee. The high proof brings spice-forward warmth, but it's balanced by rich layers of toffee, chocolate covered peanut, and maple syrup. Mid-palate transitions into crème Brulé, espresso, and a deep vanilla bean core.

Nose

Robust and powerful right out of the glass. Heavy caramel and brown sugar dominate early, followed by toasted cashews, peanut brittle, molasses, and a hint of dark cherry. With time, baking cocoa and butterscotch begin to surface, alongside a faint wisp of leather.

Finish

Warming. toasted pecan roll with notes of Graham Cracker, barrel char, and a slight earthy nuttiness. Hints of peppery heat linger, and dark fruit emerge as it fades.
