Maverik XFleet Business ACH Card Application Process and Credit Check Disclosure

Thank you for considering Maverik for your business fleet ACH debit card needs. Below is an overview of what to expect during the application process, including how the credit check will be handled based on the information you provide.

  1. Application Submission

To apply for a Maverik XFleet Card, you will need to provide the following essential details:

  • Business Name and Address

  • Tax ID Number (EIN)

  • Business Type (e.g., corporation, LLC, etc.,) and Industry

  • Annual Revenue

  • Business Owners/Principals

  • Social Security Number (SSN) for business owners/principals (if required)

  • Bank Account Information

This information allows us to assess your eligibility for the Maverik XFleet Card and begin the credit evaluation process.

  1. Credit Check Disclosure and Bank Account Verification

As part of your application for the Maverik XFleet Card, Maverik will perform a credit check and verify your bank account. The credit check is processed based on the provided EIN for your business, and in some cases, the SSN of the business owner(s) or principal(s), as part of the credit evaluation. Your bank account routing number, account number, name on account, and account performance will be reviewed for good standing and proper ownership.

By submitting your application, you consent to and acknowledge that Maverik will conduct a credit check using the information you’ve provided, which may affect the approval process for the fleet ACH card and your credit score. The results of this check will help determine whether the application is approved. Maverik evaluates all credit applications in accordance with applicable laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, disability, receipt of public assistance, or any other protected characteristic.

  1. Review and Approval Process

Once your application is submitted and the credit check is performed, our team will review all the information provided. This review includes assessing your business’s financial stability and overall eligibility for the fleet ACH card. All decisions to extend or deny credit will be made in Maverik’s sole and absolute discretion in accordance with all applicable laws. If your application is approved, you further agree and consent that Maverik may obtain and use your credit report periodically to review your account for continued eligibility.
