Open to legal residents in ARIZONA, ARKANSAS, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, IDAHO, IOWA, KANSAS, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, MONTANA, NEBRASKA, NEVADA, NEW MEXICO, NORTH DAKOTA, OKLAHOMA, OREGON, SOUTH DAKOTA, UTAH, WASHINGTON OR WYOMING, who are 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older in Nebraska) as of the date of entry. PRIZE(S) MUST BE PICKED UP IN SALT LAKE COUNTY OR DAVIS COUNTY, UTAH, as designated by the Sponsor at the time of the giveaway.

The Sponsor of the Maverik Raptor Rampage Sweepstakes (hereinafter the “Sweepstakes”) is Maverik Group, LLC, an Iowa company located at 185 S. State Street, Suite 800, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 (referred to hereinafter as either the “Company” or “Sponsor”). Mars Wrigley Company is not a sponsor of the Sweepstakes. The “Snickers” names, logos, and/or materials are used for the purposes of promotion and/or prize descriptions only, and such use is not intended to suggest or imply Mars Wrigley sponsorship of the Sweepstakes. By participating, participants agree to these Official Rules, Maverik Adventure Club Terms and Conditions and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matter relating to the Sweepstakes.

  1. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) on September 30th, 2026, and the Sweepstakes will end at 11:59 PM MT on December 29th, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Company may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstake is not capable of running as Company planned for any reason (including, but not limited to, due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, computer virus, fraud, technical or human error or any other causes which Company, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or intended conduct of this Sweepstakes).

  1. How to Enter: In order for a Participant to submit a valid Sweepstakes entry, Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through any of the following three (3) methods:

    A. Adventure Club/Trail Points. By logging in to your Adventure Club account via maverik.com or through the Maverik mobile application, select “Use Points,” then “Win Stuff,” and apply your Trail Points to the Sweepstakes. You will need to provide your email address, legal name and residential address (as they appear on your driver’s license or other government identification), phone number, Maverik Adventure Club or Nitro ACH Card Number, email notification options, and accept the applicable Terms & Conditions. Each Trail Point applied to the Sweepstakes will constitute one (1) Sweepstakes entry on a one-for-one basis. For example, 20 Trail Points applied to the Sweepstakes will result in 20 Sweepstakes entries.; or

    B. Mail-In Entries. To enter without making a purchase or using Trail Points, hand-print your full legal name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP Code, phone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card (“Mail-In Entry”) and mail it in a separate envelope bearing sufficient postage to: Maverik Raptor Rampage Sweepstakes, ATTN: Sweepstakes Entry, Maverik Group, LLC, 185 S. State Street, Suite 800, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. Each Mail-In Entry must be handwritten by the entrant and mailed separately in an individual envelope. No photocopies, facsimiles, mechanical reproductions, or other reproduced Mail-In Entries will be accepted. Each envelope may contain only one (1) Mail-In Entry and must be individually postmarked. Individual Mail-in Entries may not be combined into a larger package or box but must be mailed separately and individually to be considered valid. Mail-In Entries that are incomplete, illegible, contain inaccurate information, or otherwise fail to comply with these requirements will be disqualified. Each valid Mail-In Entry shall constitute one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Mail-In Entries must be postmarked no later than December 29, 2026, and received no later than January 8, 2027. There is no limit on the number of valid Mail-In Entries an eligible participant may submit during the Sweepstakes Period; or

    C. Qualified Product Entries. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “Qualified Product” means all SNICKERS products. Eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each unit of a Qualified Product purchased during the Sweepstakes Period using an Adventure Club or Nitro card number.

NO AUTOMATED ENTRY SUBMISSIONS. The use by an entrant of any automated, programmed, robotic, script, macro, mechanical reproduction, or similar method to submit or generate entries is prohibited. This restriction does not apply to Qualified Product Entries automatically awarded by Sponsor based on eligible purchases. Each Mail-In Entry must be personally completed and hand-written by the entrant.

There is no limit on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries a participant may receive during the Sweepstakes Period through Adventure Club/Trail Points, Mail-In Entries, Qualified Product Entries, or any combination of these methods. There is likewise no limit on the number of valid Mail-In Entries an eligible participant may submit. Each Sweepstakes entry, regardless of the method by which it is obtained, has the same chance of winning. No purchase or use of Trail Points is necessary to enter or win.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged, incomplete, stolen, mutilated, postage-due, misdirected shipping or email; for any errors or failures including those related to websites, computers, telecommunications, networks, Internet, equipment, software, services, transmissions, connections, processing, or any unauthorized access, tampering hacking, theft, or destruction. This includes technical or humon erros affecting the receipt or processing of entries, game piece requests or other submissions, or related to production, promotion, administration, or execution of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial, or garbled computer transmissions, service outages, technical failures (including, but not limited to, electronic malfunction or damage to any network, hardware or software), or any other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes cannot proceed as planned due to causes including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other reasons beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any tampering individuals and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion.

The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries, or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any electronic entry to be received due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof. This includes any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading materials from the Sweepstakes.

  1. Prize Details: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded pursuant to this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize will consist of the following:

    A. 2026 Ford Raptor (Ford is not a sporsor of this Sweepstakes)

    B. $5,000 U.S. funds payable by check, and

    C. Up to $1,000 for travel and accommodations arranged and paid for by the Sponsor (collectively, the “Grand Prize”).

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is approximately $75,000.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE GRAND PRIZE, THE WINNER MUST SIGN AN OFFICIAL AFFIDAVIT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY. NO PRIZE WARRANTY. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  1. Eligibility, and Limitations: All entries must be made within the Sweepstakes Period. Participants and the winner must be legal residents of one of the eligible states identified above and must be 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older in Nebraska) as of the date of entry. Only one (1) prize per household will be allowed for the Sweepstakes. Employees of the Company, or its affiliates, the Sweepstakes participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of radio or television stations advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The Executives of the Company, the Loyalty Administrator, and members of the immediate family of any such person are not eligible to participate and win.

The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

  1. Winner Selection: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about January 11th, 2027. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawing. Sponsor will notify the Grand Prize winner by email or phone on or about ten (10) business days following the applicable drawing date. If after three (3) attempts by email or phone during a forty-eight (48) hour time period (as determined by Company in its sole discretion) the Company is unable to contact the Grand Prize winner, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. Winner hereby accepts and agrees to these rules, acknowledges and affirms that they meet the Sweepstakes rules’ eligibility requirements, agrees to the publicity/liability set forth below, and agrees to sign and return to Company an Affidavit and Release in the form provided by Company no later than five (5) days after being notified that they are the potential winner, or the prize will be forfeited. An alternate winner for forfeited prizes may be selected at Company’s sole discretion.

Grand Prize winner will be required to travel to Salt Lake County or Davis County, Utah, to take ownership of the Grand Prize and attend the giveaway at a date, time and location determined by the Sponsor. As noted in Section 3 above, up to $1,000 will be provided to the Grand Prize winner for travel and lodging accommodations in order to attend the giveaway, with the arrangements being made and paid for by Sponsor.

  1. Decisions. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or who Company believes has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Sweepstakes and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, Company reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by Company and are final. Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

  2. Prize Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received.

  3. Prize Restrictions: No cash redemptions. No transfer of Grand Prize permitted. No substitutions, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.

  4. Taxes. Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the Grand Prize and paying any expenses associated with any prize that are not specifically provided for in the official rules. (including, e.g., any applicable title, registration, licensing, insurance, taxes, associated fees or charges). No prize component may be redeemed or substituted for cash. Grand Prize winner must provide the Company with valid identification, mailing address, and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number on the form provided by Company before any prize will be awarded. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 and/or other tax documentation as required by applicable law.

  5. Winner’s List: To obtain a list of the Grand Prize winner one must mail a request with name and email address to Winner’s List Address below. Mail must be received by the Winner’s List Request Deadline of no later than 12:00 PM MT January 12, 2027. The Winner’s List will be sent once all prizes have been awarded. Winner’s List Request must be addressed to: Maverik Raptor Rampage Sweepstakes, ATTN: Winner’s List, Maverik Group, LLC, 185 S. State Street, Suite 800, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. The Winner’s List will be emailed to those that request it.

  6. Publicity; Use of Personal Information. By entering this Sweepstakes, any winner in the Sweepstakes grants the Company the right to use their name, image, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this and future giveaways, without additional compensation. All Participants also acknowledge and agree that the Company may share personal information collected during the Sweepstakes with third parties for marketing and related purposes. Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Notice and applicable consumer choices, which can be found at https://maverik.com/sweepstakes/raptor-rampage. By participating, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of the Privacy Notice.

  7. Compliance with Law. The conduct of the Sweepstakes is governed by the applicable laws of the Unites States of America and the local or state jurisdictions in which the Sweepstakes is eligible, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. Company shall follow the applicable laws for conducting Sweepstakes, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing lists of winners, providing specific written information about the Sweepstakes, etc. as required by local and state law.

  8. Governing Law and Venue. The laws of the State of Utah, excluding the rules of conflicts of law, shall govern this and all matters arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes. The parties, including Sweepstakes winners, hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. Each party expressly agrees that it is subject to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts for purposes of such litigation. Each party hereby waives and covenants not to assert any claim that is not subject to personal jurisdiction in those courts or that venue in those courts is for any reason improper, inconvenient, prejudicial or otherwise inappropriate (including, without limitation, any claim under the judicial doctrine of forum non conveniens)

  9. Release of Liability. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A PRIZE, WINNERS MUST SIGN AN OFFICIAL AFFIDAVIT AND RELEASE FORM PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY. FAILURE BY POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER TO EXECUTE THE AFFIDAVIT AND RELEASE FORM, AS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY, WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF BEING NOTIFIED SHALL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE.

BY ENTERING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT, PARTICIPANT OR WINNER AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT WILL MAVERIK GROUP, LLC, SPONSORS, SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES, PRIZE PROVIDERS AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, OWNERS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OR ANY OTHER SPONSOR OR PROVIDER (COLLECTIVELY “RELEASEE(S)”) BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR, AND YOU HEREBY RELEASE THEM FROM, ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSE OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURIES AND/OR DEATH, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND COUNSEL FEES AND COURT COSTS) ARISING OR RESULTING FROM ANYTHING RELATING TO:

THE PRODUCTION, PROMOTION, ADMINISTRATION OR EXECUTION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES (OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN IT); CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION OR RESCHEDULING OF ANY ASPECT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES; OF ANY WEB SITE(S) RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR MATERIALS ON THE WEBSITE; ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF THE PRIZE; OR PARTICIPATING IN OR TRAVELING TO ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR ENTITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

  1. Miscellaneous. Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time. Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Sweepstakes. Written copies of these rules are available by mail with written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope at the address indicated above, or may be read on this website https://www.maverik.com. All entries become the property of Company and will not be returned.
